The Importance of an Endurance Base

Having an endurance base, it's important for the repeated print ability. The only way that you can train this eroic base is by training at a level that requires the maximum duction of arobic metabolism without with a minimal activation of the anarobic metabolic pathway. And so that means training out of relatively low intensity. Not not too many people can train 20 hours a week and have very much of that at a high intensity, or they will very rapidly fall into an overtraining state.
