Do You Have a Dysfunctional Culture?
Don't be hubristic. Don't think that you, one person, mid-level employee, is going to suddenly be shining night in armor and changing this culture. It's stronger than you are. The culture will change you the longer you're in it. You won't change it. So have some humility, think about yourself, and as soon as you can't get out of it,. I mean, if you can give me more specifics, I can go more deeply into it.
