Is There a Heart Pulsing in the First Jhana?
I'm noticing that as I breathe in, there's a kind of bumping of the abdomen. It seems to be pulsing up. And there's an ever so slight subtle sense of exhilaration. So this tells me I might be on the right track. The emphasis is on the inhalation as opposed to the exhalation. But this is something I associate with the first jhana.
