The Importance of Habits
The most effective way to change any habit is to replace it with a different one. For instance, if you're struggling with anger, where does your mind go? Do you lose yourself in your justifiable rage? Or do you notice what's going on in your body? Just to come back to the body is so helpful. The more you do it, the more it becomes a refuge.
