How Do You Become a Better Listener in a Business Environment?

I'm going to sound like a broken record here, but it is teaching your organization to listen and really investing a lot of time in what that looks like. Usually the person who does the most talking in an investment community discussion over my career is the person who's done the least work. And they're probably doing the most talking as a defensive mechanism for feeling a little bit bad about not getting down in the weeds enough. If you can figure out at least as a senior team member, how to be the most curious person in the room, I think you'll make much more significant contributions to good decisions.
