How to Meditate in a Busy Professional World
The first thing I start anybody on is gratitude. And it's just so we, it's an instant mindset shift and maybe that'll give you access to a little more space used to start looking for things to be grateful for. Those that are willing to try meditation, I say two minutes. Two minutes. Fifteen minutes, you know, you get into that crazy place and you just go, I can't meditate. The best share is when somebody says, Si, you're different. How come that person insulted you and you didn't flip them off? You know, I would have told them to go to hell.
