Not least setting some norms around when to switch the channel,. When do we need to get to a phone call? A general rill of thom. If there's six back and forth reply all chains, pick up the phone. Or if it's very high complex, maybe reviewing slides, set up a 15 minute video call. Fight the notion of the 30 or 60 minute and you'll find that you'll get all the answers much more quickly.
