If you're a $700,000 revenue studio, you want to be the max you'd spend on your lease is 10%, or 70 grand a year. So eight to 10% of your gross revenue on marketing, 20 or 30,000. And then rent no more than 10%. You know, and so that would be if you're renting 15 bed space, you know, 1600 square feet, 150 square meters,. No more than 70 grand ayear, so 5,800 a month or whatever we said.
