Managing a Web of Complex Stakeholders

I feel i'm walking in blind a lot of the times, because i'm not aware of the information that has been agreed on. I just don't have that level awareness. To me, it feels just like a lot more work than actually doing the actual work. You are, in a sense, having to manage a web of complex stakeholders. And it does take time, and it does take energy. It also does take you being able to have the strength and the ability to understand that, yes, there are times when not everybody's going to be happy."
