Do Mormons believe that you as the bishop communicate to and for God to them? I would refer a lot of people to mental health practitioners, psychologists, that sort of thing because they need professional health. People where there's a gray area is around like marriage issues, addictions, things like that where they probably do need professional help but are thinking you can help them.
