Is Measurement Overkill or Measurement a Bad Thing?
I think this is just a topic that just continually evolves as more and more devices kind of pop up into the world of running. I'm curious like what your thoughts are about just like measurement overkill versus getting the right amount of stuff. Is there a point where you're like okay I need a little more data than this regardless of how like relaxed you want to be? There's another one person who can't get off a strava and hyper watching their heart rate and pace and all the other stuff on the on their watch and whatnot.
