The Importance of Selling Your Business

Aaron: In most cases, it's where sell side representatives. Our client would be that business owner that wants to sell his or her company. And is that different than say like my real estate agent who represents me when I buy or sell a house and not the opposite party most of the time? Aaron: It's a good point and your observations are right. Sophisticated buyers, either they do it themselves or they have advisors that are continuously assessing deals, putting offers forth. An owner gets to sell his/her company. Every company we build sounds like a cliche one time. We need to get it right.
