The most important bit is the first 20 minutes, which is where we sit down. And I don't think anybody can do a successful bike fixation around understanding what the goal is. So sometimes that's injury, medical need, discomfort and so on. Other times it'll be, I want to go faster, you know, or I want to be the best I can. But also them and making sure that they feel like all the research shows that people are much more emphatically rehabbed better when they feel like they're being engaged in missing exercise prescription.
