The Benefits of Walking Backwards

There's lots of research to tell us that walking backwards is great for your lower back. In fact, it's some therapists and some physiotherapist and exercise physiologist use backwards walking as part of a treatment protocol. So again, great thing for your brain. Like I said, a lot of these things are not magic. They're not high level, but nonetheless they work. And what's happened with me is my lower back pain has reduced significantly.
