The Product Knowledge Challenge in a Large Company?
Do you have internal training, anything like that? We're at the early stages of building a sort of revisiting our internal training. I think we've been using training that was developed a few years ago by our stomer success leader. But i think when when people on board in the company, that's our best opportunity educate them about the tool and like, what's how to use it, and what people are doing with it.
