Adriana: "It's like revisiting an old friend who you haven't seen for a really really long time" Her family has had this vinegar mother for probably over a hundred years. She inherited it from your mother-in-law and never knew what to do with it so she just shoved it in the back of the coat closet. It's been there for 45 years oh wow now it's mine and i'm scared of it but i think it's an important part of cooking.
