Building Trust in a Firefighting Team

In a case study, five fire fighters were asked to train together. The first day of training was spent in the class room and then they would go into burning house on second day. They found out that there is an important social and emotional job to be done when you are fighting a fire. This led to them building more trust with each other than if they had been doing it separately.
