Strength Training and Endurance Training

I did a couple of ultra, did a couple ultra marathons and a couple of iron mans. Really got in the endurance side of things and just loving the process. And, you know, really focused on maintaining strength the whole time. So at this point, i still love lifting. I'm still getting stronger. Apparently, a training for a couple of races this year. Still want to do the grand canyon rim to rim te rim,. You know, that kind of stuff.
