The Effectiveness of Direct Instruction

This is from a paper called the effectiveness of direct instruction curricula and metatanalysis over half century of research by stockard at all. They say as has been shown the effects in the urban areas were replicable across sites and across cohorts of children. math tended to be consistently higher than reading other analyses show that reading comprehension tended to have tended to be higher than word knowledge or vocabulary so basically they say that this is replicable that it's across sites that it'm across cohorts and that it actually works quite well.
