How to Deal With Anger
We are capable of going down and navigating that whole path sure it can sound like a lot in the beginning because for many of us we haven't even allowed ourselves the opportunity to just feel anger. I know for me my anger has been directly attached to grief because the only things that I'm really angry about are a lot of hurt a lot of abandonment, wounding or unfairness. So be mindful to first give yourself this space to actually just be feel and let yourself feel the tears or feel that you know burning sensation to scream at the top of your lungs but find a more responsible way to deal with it.
