Pyroptosis and Apoptosis
It's mediated by very high levels of inflammation with the cell end up not being able to control that well. So it goes that way and increased pyroptosis is potentially very damaging, whereas apoptosis tends to be relatively organized and coherent. And I think it could always be like you'll probably see it in advanced states of sepsis as well. There could be a level of that where it's quite useful, but at the same time, it tends to go overboard very quickly.
