Is Everything All Bad, Am Everything Will Always Be Bad?
When you have this kind of thinking pattern, basiclly tot means that you not able to see the situation from any other perspective. And so what you want to start to recognize for yourself is when you are having this kind of self defeating thought um and when you realize that your anxiety brain is going into this all or nothing paradime where everything is. A lot of folks don't really tend to go in to the place if everything is amazing and everything is great. Sometimes people do, but generally, people tend to live in that kind of negative bias.
