Nutrition Advice for Older Athletes

Sleep is the key at all levels, no matter what your age. You've got to work on getting more sleep. There are some things you can be doing n which are going to improve sleep. It's probably in the order of seven hours per night or more. As we get older, that number is probably closer to seven. Ten agers is more like nine, ten, 11 hours they need at night.
