Conditioning is not just about running or jogging, it's how you perform your exercises. Conditioning can be as simple as doing a 20 second burst of anarobic conditioning for ten sets on and off the treadmills. When i have better stamina, i can lift weights better - when my staminas crap, i can't lift weights that great. With poor stamina, you're dead. If we are going to get from the cardio zone to the low intensity Stufity Zone (LZ) then I need to work more on the conjural side of things such as cutting blood volume in order to increase power output. That's a very different adaptation to what i'm
