A lot of things that are simply not tested in the course of powerlifting training and thus not adapted or selected for at all. I do not know that I would restrict or compromise my training adaptations based on some arbitrary importance placed on SBD. And it's just so much more to do, you know, we see people do this all the time. Particularly when you get bit by the bug early on, right? "I don't know if we need to like upend everything just to like, just to maximize performance in that one domain"
