How to Avoid High Volume Run Training and Intensity for Age Groupers

The longer you're running for, right, the probably your form is getting worse. So it's not a massive injury risk, but you could be running the bad form and you might, you know, it's probably a bit more increase injury risk - so I drive you to your forms. Most athletes are probably spending under half the amount of time they spend on the bike running. Just because the injury threshold is higher of running than it is cycling. If you want to be running faster, I'd say you probably need to be running more frequently. But for most athletes, that's probably the top end of age groups, that kind of thing.
