How to Build a Sales Team in Silicon Valley
The old way of building a tech company was to have this giant campus in Mountain View or Palo Alto and have everyone work from that office. In the future, we'll see perhaps maybe even 80% of our companies head counts being outside of Silicon Valley with maybe 20% staying in places like Silicon Valley, New York, et cetera. It's good to have like an in-person offsite, at least once a quarter, to bring specific function together.
