Doing Things Intentionally to Make My Body Feel a Sensation
In grad school, you do things on purpose to create sensations toward which you can practice non judgment. Maybe for other people, that's going to be easier for them than noticing stuff that's happening already. And so what I mean is with pooping, maybe part of the barriers that people feel out of control of their bodies. So maybe yoga is just a different way in to awareness of a sensation.
