Inhibition With Speech
I notice that it's easiest for me to practise inhibition with speech, where my experience is often a ill want to say something. Then i sort of pause, and then a better version of what i want to say comes out. The less thought through, it's the better thing. And that's one of the benefits of having no words in my head. So far all i've done is open my mouth and words come out. I haven't planned any of this.
