How Do You Make a Centrifugal Pump?

We just did a beer with cerebral at 11 degree logger, which is less classified in the check kind of canon of beers styles. So we did a single decoction on that beer because we wanted to balance that in a way that the hops didn't have as much grain flavor to push over. And so doing it twice just seemed like asking for trouble. We boil at 202 here instead of 212 because we're at elevation. A lot of the recipes are written for boiling at sea level.
