How Do I Get Up in the Morning?

I will power down all blue light emitting devices around about an hour, hour and a half before I go to bed. So I won't touch my phone, the TV will be off, the red lights will obviously all be on. Also make sure my room is at a specific temperature as well - 16 degrees centigrade. And then I like to try and tap into my Paris synthetic nervous system by meditating or reading something that's going to relax my body even further.
