The University of Vienna
The university is in a quite restrained Renaissance palazzo kind of language. It as well as the opera, it was a source ofquite a lot of a probrium in the debates around the Ringstrasse in the sort of 1870s. Although it has the staircase, I've never visited Vienna, but I desperately want to go and walk up this staircase that takes up like 50% of the plan. The whole ring boulevard seemed to me to be like an enchantment out of the thousand and one nights.
