Athleticism is an interesting thing. If we're talking about it as its own category outside of fitness, which I believe it deserves that. What you're really developing are the raw materials that you can then take and mold into something athletic. And so even if you have a moderate skill set but they can continue to apply that moderate skill at one minute and then 180 minutes later in the game, let's say, that's no good. That's kind of the bread and butter of CrossFit.
