Adaptive Perfectionism in Sport

I see it as an element of adaptive perfectionism maybe. You are working toward doing things that are very tactically relevant in sport, like minimizing mistakes. That is a part of what it means to win a basketball game or a football game or do anything really. How do you work with players on that and that duality of life? I think the first step to me is figuring out how to be present wherever you are with whatever you're doing. The simplest way to do that is through something like meditation.
