How to Have the Best Conversations With Customers
People that have the best conversations with customers are the best sales people. I've also found that the leaders that have thebest conversations with the reps are usually the best leaders. So, your your value is in coaching them and as a coach. I expect you to lead them to where they need to do, but ask them pro them because and you got to justify it. When people self coach and when people come up with their own ideas to to magical things happen.
