When we get a better handle on our emotions it becomes much easier to figure out, yeh, this is just the anxiety talking, or this is just my sadness trying convince me to stay stuck in a bad mood. And you can literally train your brain. You can a change, physically alter your brain. Things like gratitude can change your brain. But you can also do that just by proving yourself wrong. So ima runner, for example, and my brain will tell me, never fail. I don't i don't run far. I just run one mile a day, and i run as fast as i possibly can. And try to say, if i can just run a little
