Scaling a Community Is So Important
When you focus on scaling and growing like the safety the personal safety experience of people is at risk bringing a bunch of new people in. One person can't scale a community to like X number so like you're going to need more staff, volunteer program or budget. Being honest about your capacity which is hard in an organizational setting when you ultimately maybe don't get to make that final call but trying to like advocate for yourself as best as you can there is I think really really important.
