Naps do not work well for me. I've an older brother who also has eh t h d. He he can do apot, those power naps of 20 minutes, and feels totally refreshed. Im aseptiplaste, which is a removal of a deviated septum which i had in my nose, which actually tremendously helped with daytime breathing. And studies find that if you keep thethe bedroom nice and cosy, it almost anchors your body more in bed to be deep asleep.
