Is There Something to Make a New Meta Ideology?

In order to say that a meme is propagating at all, we must somehow say that one meme as instantiated in me is somehow the same meme instantiated in you. So it has to have some sort of like sameness and, which means that it needs some sort of error correction. And there's basically two ways to do error correction: You can either correct it back to the source or with respect to what you value.
