The Effects of D Load on Strength

I can't speak you know confidently about oh dude had they just come in and done a little bit less they would have been totally fine right because I have no idea but I will say I think that especially given packs Dr. Pack's dissertation for those of you don't know that's the minimum effective dose guy it basically found that you can make pretty incredible and substantial strength increases using very low volumes in the gym. Some people like train with like five to six RIR during D loads which is totally fine especially if hypertrophy is your goal but I wouldn't be confident in saying that even if you come into the gym a couple of days a week and do less volume if the relative intensity
