Why Women Aren't Taking Over in Patriarchal Societies
In a patriarchal culture, women tend to have very misagenust attitudes towards men. But matrolocal residence doesn't seem to lead to the same degree of female dominance that men end up having over women in patriarcal societies. Women usual ally won't totally monopolize all the positions of authority the way men do. And they don't subjugate the men into doing all the dirty work for them while they hang around at their pals. In the future, we'll talk more about the hoddnasani confederacy, which was surprisingly galetarian for such a large, sedentary, agricultural society.
