How to Make Long Term Goals Work for You
Strategy nine is take making long term goals into short term actions. Try putting up a simple tick sheet on each day of the calendar when you fulfil a habit that youe set out to achieve. Or projects where the daily tasks are very repetative, you might want to consider tracking your actions on a wall chart. And watch as that little streak of days on which you've succeeded in your new habit builds up. It's surprisingly satisfying to see that streak of days growing.
