Translating is a really big deal. You have to think, think about what the phrase actually means and whether or not another language necessarily would have to express it with the same words. Different languages just will completely phrase things in different ways. There are so many ways to say, for, you know, someone is sick, or they died, or that something, you know,. manners of perception often have overtones. It is precisely to catch these subtleties that translation is a benefit to refine existing vocabulary and not just create new vocabulary.
