Interviewing Users is a book about interviewing users. In the foreword, Grant McCracken states that charlatans and snake oil salesmen have damaged this area. What's ethnography? And I probably didn't say ethnography. How do you say that, Steve? Ethnography, you said it exactly, right? Okay. Oh, good. Or should I say the E word? Because I know this, right? It can be somewhat controversial.
