Why Is It Important to Slow Down?
If you slow down, it's actually the threat you felt as a child. And that is part of what's happening with your hippocampus,. If you start to slow down and you really aren't in a hurry, you might actually feel the anxiety, the anticipation. It doesn't mean that you all of a sudden have a slower metronome or anything like that. But it's more of a coherent narrative that that's part of your defense and your anxiety rather than my slowness, or others.
