The Initial Goals Coming Into This Season for Me
I really wanted to win a pro race. I don't feel like that's an unachievable goal in the future. And for me, the biggest part of my journey has been the representation portion and just knowing that if I don't show up, there's a 98% chance that there will be no black women in that race. That part alone excites me to be able to bring that representation so that if there are other people there that can relate to that, they get really excited. They always get really excited and that feels really nice.
