Building Habits Is a Worker Approach
There's cue, craving, response and reward in building habits. You want the cues of your good habits to be obvious,. available, visible, easy to see. The more attractive or exciting a habit is, the more likely you are to feel motivated to act on it. So from those four steps, i came up with what i call the four laws of behavior change. And so there's o for each each stage. It will explain this in more detail, but the quick version is just that there's cue, craving,response and reward.
