How to Live a Better Life

I'm going to focus on the majority of people in this series, namely people who don't work shifts or have circadian rhythms. Everything that I'll speak about is relevant to these people, but subjects like shiftwork are very complex. Starting with sleep, I maintain a relatively fixed week time each day. That should happen naturally if you're doing the other things that I'll discuss. A lot of people sleep in on the weekends, and ideally restrict this to no more than one hour of additional sleep on the weekends. And I would recommend that too if, for example, you have teenagers who have to wake at an early start before school.
