I think it's safe to say that you are a fitness icon. You are a household name. I want tospend some time looking back to explore how you got here. Would you say that your journey to fitness instructor fame was overnight, or was it more of like this wild ride on a progress roller coaster? Am nothing about the journey has been overnight. The journey's been happening for 36 years. There're so many skills that i've honed in on over the years that inform who i am in this space.
