Just getting organized is the first thing people should just be aware of. Just implementing a more structured approach to your day that can help decrease stress for a lot of people. Various meditative practices again I'm not aware of any research applying this specifically to strength training um but a lot of sports psychologists swear by it and I do some mindfulness meditation.
